You have the ability to make a complaint anonymously.
Once you have made us aware of your concerns, we will acknowledge your complaint. According to our Complaints Policy, we endeavour to respond to your complaint as follows:
-Service Delivery issues (missing orders, incorrect items) — 10 to 14 days
-All other feedback or complaints — 21 days
