Natalie is a community nurse with 20 years of experience in wound care and continence assessments. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing and Public Health, a Graduate Certificate in Continence Management, and is skilled in NDIS assessments and catheter care.  She is an active member of CONSA and continues her professional development through specialised training.

Experienced Registered Nurse with expertise in pediatric, aged, and disability care. Holds a Bachelor of Nursing and certifications in First Aid and CPR. Skilled in patient-centered care, medication administration, and team leadership. Extensive experience in developing care plans, managing complex health needs, and fostering collaboration. Recognised for clinical excellence, strong communication, and a compassionate approach to improving patient outcomes.

Proficient in emergency procedures, patient rights, and team leadership. My nursing journey began through my father’s influence, but it has grown into a career I deeply love. With nearly 10 years of experience, I’ve worked across Nepal in community health, maternity and child health, immunisation, cosmetic nursing, and emergency care. After moving to Australia, I completed both my Diploma and Bachelor's in Nursing and now work in aged care. I’m skilled in clinical care, palliative care, infection control, and wound management. I’m passionate about helping others and enjoy building strong connections within my community—I'm a proud social butterfly!

Anuradha is a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience across aged care, rehabilitation, community, and hospital settings. Her approach to nursing is grounded in compassion, critical thinking, and a commitment to patient-centred care. With a background as a Primary School Teacher, Anuradha brings strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills to her healthcare practice. Her combined experience in education and nursing enables her to build meaningful connections and provide holistic support to individuals at all stages of life.

Alysha has been a Registered Nurse since 2016, graduating with a dual degree in Nursing and Paramedicine. With experience across emergency care, primary health, and complex community disability support, she has developed a strong passion for working with individuals with high needs. Over the years, Alysha has led clinical teams, provided staff training and education, and supported best practice across diverse care settings. For the past three years, she has specialised in continence assessments, focusing on helping clients feel more confident, comfortable, and empowered in their daily lives.

Keyleigh a Registered Nurse with over six years of experience across a range of settings, including peri-operative services, general practice, telehealth nursing, and community-based home care. Kayleigh's clinical interests and areas of expertise include wound management, continence and ostomy care, and chronic disease management. With lived experience of invisible illnesses, Kayleigh is especially passionate about supporting the disability community through care that is inclusive, compassionate, and accessible.

After joining Health N Home as HR & Office Manager, Renee quickly proved herself as a capable and strategic leader, earning a promotion to Operations Manager within six months. With over 10 years of experience across Mining, Engineering, and Healthcare, she now leads HR, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day operations—driving efficiency, compliance, and a collaborative team culture.

Harmony, a Bachelor of Nursing graduate, has 5 years of experience in the disability sector, specializing in NDIS participant care, wound care, and staff training. She holds First Aid, CPR, and Mental Health First Aid certifications.

NK is an overseas-trained medical doctor who worked clinically for two years, with a background in geriatric medicine and a Master’s in Health Services Management. He has over three years of experience supporting health service delivery across client intake, care coordination, and operational support functions in the Australian health sector.NK works with clients, clinicians, and internal teams to coordinate services efficiently and support timely, person-centred care. He brings a structured, detail-driven approach that bridges clinical care and administration to improve service delivery.
